What’s your perfect bra size?
Don't worry if it’s not a perfect fit – everyone's got bra-blems.
Discover your bra size
Stand up straight While wearing your best fitting bra.
Band size: Take a snug measurement (inches) around your rib cage directly under your bust and parallel to the ground.
Cup size: Take a loose measurement over the fullest part of your bust.
Round to the nearest whole number If measurements are not exact.

How does the back band fit?
The back band runs across your back and provides 80% of the support.
If the band rides up in the back, it’s probably too big. In the right size, the band should sit horizontally across your back, without pinching or digging in.
Does the band sit horizontally across your back and can you move comfortably? You have a winner!
If your band pinches or digs in, it's too small. In the right size, the band should sit horizontally across your back, without pinching or digging in.
-
How does the underwire fit?
The underwire in your bra provides extra support and lift.
If your underwire is digging into your breasts, underarms, or sides, it’s probably too small. A larger cup size may help. In the right size, the underwire should lay flat against your ribs and follow the contours of your breasts.
Does your underwire lay flat against your ribs and follow the contours of your breasts? Perfect!
Underwire poke can usually be solved by trying a different style or a smaller cup size. Does your underwire lay flat against your ribs and follow the contours of your breasts? Comfy fit, guaranteed!
-
How do the cups fit?
The cups determine how comfy your bra fits and the overall look. The cups should fit perfectly around your breasts.
If your cups gape or if the fabric puckers, this could mean the cups are too big and you need to size down.
If the edge of the cup fits snugly around your breasts and there is no pleating or puckering, you’ve found your perfect cup size!
If you’ve got quadriboob, where your breasts spill over the top of your bra, try a bra with the same band size but a larger cup size.
-
Did you know that the straps only account for about 10% of the support? Their main job is to keep your bra in place.
Straps that dig in can be painful. Ideally, you should be able to fit two fingers between your shoulder and your strap.
If the straps rest comfortably on your shoulders without digging in or slipping off, you've found the perfect fit!
The golden rule: if you can fit two fingers between your shoulder and your strap, you’ve found the right fit. If you can fit more, you’re probably wearing the wrong size.

What effect do you want to achieve with a bra?
The right bra can help you create your favorite effect. Love the natural look? Want more lift? Don’t worry if it’s hard to decide – you can choose more than one effect.
For a natural, rounded shape, choose a bra that centers and gently lifts the breasts while offering full coverage.
A full shape. Want to create more volume? A brand with straight lines shows off your cleavage and provides a subtle lift.
Stunning cleavage. For more revealing cleavage, choose a bra with plunging V-shaped cups that lift and center your breasts.
Extra volume. If you want a bit more volume, a low-cut bra with (removable) filling creates extra lift. Hello, sexy!
